When you land
Enter your flight number when you book. We track the flight and adjust the pickup if it lands earlier or later.

- 3If you can't see the driver, call us with your booking number.
- 4The driver helps with your luggage to the car, and we drive over the bridge to your home.
When you fly out
We pick you up at your door in Sweden at the time you chose and drop you at the departures hall.
- 1Choose your pickup time: your departure minus time at the airport (2 hours in Europe, 3 for long-haul) minus the drive.
- 2The driver waits at your door and texts you when the car arrives.
- 3We drive over the Øresund Bridge; the toll is already paid.
- 4You're dropped at departures and pay in the car.
Waiting time and delayed flights
You get 45 minutes of free waiting from the meeting time you chose. If your flight is delayed, we add the delay on top, so you never pay for waiting for the plane.
After the free waiting time it costs SEK 6 per started minute, and after 10 paid minutes the driver may have to leave. The driver calls you before it starts to cost.
If you land earlier than planned, the driver waits from the agreed meeting time, unless you've arranged something else with us.

Where do I meet the driver?
When you land, the driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign: Terminal 3 at Copenhagen Airport, and the arrivals hall at Malmö Airport. Going to the airport, we pick you up at your door.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight by its flight number, and the driver waits. Waiting counts from the planned meeting time plus the delay, so a delay costs nothing extra.
How long does the driver wait?
At Copenhagen Airport 45 minutes are included. At Malmö Airport 20 minutes for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights. At your home address 5 minutes. After that, waiting costs 6 kr per started minute.
Which time should I choose?
To the airport: count back from your departure, with at least 2 hours at the airport for flights in Europe and 3 hours for long-haul, plus the drive. From the airport: choose a meeting time about 30–45 minutes after landing.
Do you drive around the clock?
Yes. You can book trips at any time of day or night, including early mornings and late evenings.
