You see a booking number on screen straight away and get a confirmation by email and text. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or call us.

No. The price is per car for the whole one-way trip, however many of you there are. The bridge toll, airport fee and meet & greet are included.

No. The fixed price stays fixed, even with traffic or a delayed flight. Only waiting beyond the free waiting time can cost extra.

In the car, by card, cash or Swish. You don't pay anything on the website.

Yes. You can book trips at any time of day or night, including early mornings and late evenings.

We track your flight by its flight number, and the driver waits. Waiting counts from the planned meeting time plus the delay, so a delay costs nothing extra.

When you land, the driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign: Terminal 3 at Copenhagen Airport, and the arrivals hall at Malmö Airport. Going to the airport, we pick you up at your door.

To the airport: count back from your departure, with at least 2 hours at the airport for flights in Europe and 3 hours for long-haul, plus the drive. From the airport: choose a meeting time about 30–45 minutes after landing.

At Copenhagen Airport 45 minutes are included. At Malmö Airport 20 minutes for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights. At your home address 5 minutes. After that, waiting costs 6 kr per started minute.

The standard car takes 1–4 passengers, the large car 1–6 and the Large XL 1–8 with lots of luggage. If there are more of you, we send two cars. The booking suggests the cheapest option that fits you and your luggage.

A standard car takes about 4 checked bags, a large car 5 and a Large XL 8. A cabin bag counts as half a bag, and an extra large item such as a golf bag or pram as one and a half. Enter your luggage in the booking and we'll pick the right car. If you have unusual luggage, call first.

Yes. Choose a baby seat, child seat or booster cushion when you book. Each costs 100 kr per trip.

Yes, a stop on the route costs 100 kr per trip. If the car needs to make a detour, contact us first.

Call 072-766 36 19 with your booking number, or send a request from your confirmation. Cancelling is free until the driver has set off to you.

Yes, we drive from anywhere in Sweden. Call 072-766 36 19 or use the contact form and you'll get a fixed price.

Yes. Prices to and from Copenhagen Airport always include the Øresund Bridge, with no extra fees.

Yes, bring your passport or a valid ID card to Copenhagen Airport. There may be ID and border checks on the way over the Øresund Bridge, and you need it for your flight anyway.
