Booking terms

Last updated: 28 October 2026

Your contract is with SveLinks AB, org. no. 559426-9648, Ekhagegatan 10, 214 59 Malmö. We hold taxi permit no. TT-000000, issued by the Swedish Transport Agency (Transportstyrelsen).

Contact: info@copenhagenairporttaxi.se or 072-766 36 19.

You can book on the website or by phone. Online bookings need at least 2 hours' notice, long trips at least 3 hours. For shorter notice, please call us.

The contract is made when you receive a confirmation with a booking number. Check that the details in the confirmation are correct, and tell us if anything is wrong.

The price in the confirmation is a fixed price: an amount set in advance for a trip set in advance (chapter 2, section 20 of the Swedish Taxi Traffic Act). The confirmation is your proof of the price.

The price is per car and one way, not per person. It is the total price for the trip and includes the airport fee, the Øresund Bridge toll (on trips to and from Copenhagen Airport) and meet & greet in the arrivals hall.

You only pay more if you choose to, or change the trip:

  • extras such as a baby seat, child seat, booster cushion or extra stop: SEK 100 each per trip
  • waiting time beyond the free waiting time, see section 4
  • a different car or trip, if you change the booking

You pay in the car by card, cash or Swish and get a receipt. For long trips we may agree payment in advance. Normal online bookings are never paid in advance.

For airport pickups, waiting after landing is free: at Copenhagen Airport 45 minutes, at Malmö Airport 20 minutes after domestic and 45 minutes after international flights. The driver follows your flight, so a delay costs nothing. For pickups at an address, the first 5 minutes after the booked time are free.

After that, waiting costs SEK 6 per started minute. If we haven't reached you after another 10 minutes, the driver may leave, and section 6 applies.

You can change or cancel free of charge until the driver has set off for the pickup. Call or write to us, or send a request under “My booking”. A change or cancellation only applies once we have confirmed it.

The 14-day right of withdrawal in the Swedish Distance Contracts Act does not apply to passenger transport (chapter 2, section 1 a of the Act on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts). Instead, you can cancel free of charge as described here.

If you don't show up and haven't cancelled, you pay the fixed price for the trip. The same applies if the trip can't go ahead because there are more passengers or more luggage than booked and no solution can be found. A flight delay never counts as a no-show.

Enter the right number of passengers and the right luggage when you book, so we send a car that fits. If you bring more, we'll find a solution where we can, such as a larger car at its price.

We recommend that children shorter than 135 cm use a baby seat, child seat or booster cushion. You can book one for SEK 100 per trip.

There may be border checks on the Øresund Bridge. Each passenger is responsible for carrying a valid ID card or passport.

We make sure your booked trip happens. If we can't drive it for reasons we are responsible for, we cover your reasonable, documented costs for another taxi. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, such as accidents, roadworks, border checks, a closed bridge or extreme weather.

If you've left something in the car, contact us as soon as possible.

If you're not happy, please write to us first at info@copenhagenairporttaxi.se. Tell us which trip it was (the booking number if you have it) and what happened. We'll reply as soon as we can.

If we can't agree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, which handles disputes between consumers and businesses, including taxi trips:

  • Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, arn.se

If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help you free of charge (in Sweden Konsument Europa, konsumenteuropa.se; in Denmark Forbrugereuropa, forbrugereuropa.dk).

The contract is governed by Swedish law. This does not limit the rights you have under mandatory rules in the country where you live.
