Book online at least 2 hours before and up to 90 days ahead. All times are Swedish time.
To the airport: allow 2 hours at the airport for flights in Europe and 3 hours for long-haul, plus the drive. If in doubt, choose a little early.
From the airport: choose a meeting time about 30–45 minutes after landing, so you have time for luggage and passport control.
When you land, the driver waits in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name: Terminal 3 at Copenhagen Airport, the arrivals hall at Malmö Airport. It's always included.
Going to the airport, we pick you up at your door, and the driver texts you when the car arrives.
If you can't find the driver, call 072-766 36 19 with your booking number.
Enter your flight number in the booking. We follow the actual landing time and adjust the pickup.
A delay never costs extra and doesn't change the fixed price. If you land early, the driver waits from the agreed meeting time.
At Copenhagen Airport 45 minutes from the meeting time are included, plus any delay. At Malmö Airport 20 minutes for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights. At an address 5 minutes are included.
After that, waiting costs SEK 6 per started minute. The driver contacts you before it starts to cost.
A standard car takes about 4 checked bags, a large car 5 and a Large XL 8. The booking works out which car fits.
Checked bag: up to 66 × 44 × 27 cm. Cabin bag: up to 55 × 45 × 25 cm, or a backpack. Extra large item: up to 78 × 55 × 30 cm, such as a golf bag, ski bag or pram. If you have something even bigger, call us first.
Children under 135 cm must travel in an approved child seat or on a booster cushion. Choose a baby seat, child seat or booster cushion when you book. Each costs SEK 100 per trip.
On a return trip the seat comes both ways.
You pay in the car by card, cash or Swish. You don't pay anything on the website.
The price is fixed and shown in your confirmation. Only waiting beyond the free waiting time can be added. Long trips outside Skåne are paid in advance.

Cancelling is free until the driver has set off to you. A change applies once we've confirmed it.
If you don't show up and we haven't heard from you, you pay the fixed price for the trip. The same applies if the car is too small for luggage you didn't tell us about.
A delayed flight never counts as a no-show.
